The manufacturers whose products we offer provide warranty protection to protect against defects of workmanship and materials. Warranty terms vary per manufacturer and product type. Should the unexpected occur we will assist our customers with filing the claim information with the factory. We and our customers do not want to work with a product which causes inefficiency after the sale. SERVICE is our daily business and good service keeps our business growing. We can quote most new requirements in minutes and ship the same day stock items ordered prior to 3:00PM. Customer Service for the Wholesale accounts include same day ship, blind ship, terminal ship, will call. Wholesale customers may be given Log-In rights for web access. Special requirements for OEM's are available as well (JIT, Order Fulfillment, Constant inventory) PRODUCTS include: Rubber Tracks, for Excavators, Compact Loaders and Crawler Carriers, ranging in size from 180 MM to 850 MM (7" to 33"). Most of the product is JLL and DRB brand. Other special or hard to get tracks may be from other manufacturers. Undercarriage Components including Sprockets, Front and Rear Idlers, Carrier Rollers and Track Rollers are also offered from stock. Solid Skid Steer and Loader Tires with Aperture holes are available from stock. These offer a smoother ride than standard solid or foam filled tires. The NO FLAT protection of a solid tire increases up-time for heavy duty machines and offers protection against upset of loads which a sudden deflation can cause on an aerial lift or boom lift. Common size replacements include the 10x16.5 and 12x16.5 tires. Final Drive Motors and Hydraulic Pumps are being added to the product range in 2016. Crawler Belts for high horsepower Ag tractors are available. These Continental Trackman belts fit Challenger, Case, John Deere, Agco and other machines. The Standard Ag and Ultra Ag types are used for Tillage, Row Crop, Harvest Wagons and Scraper Pulling. Tracks range in size from 16" to 36" wide with friction and direct drive types are available. Resurfaced Mid-Rollers for these machines are also available with core exchange. About DRB (Dongil Rubber Belt Company, Ltd.)
